Fees are billed on monthly basis, either by percentage of completion or by fixed monthly payments.2. Time and Materials Fee
For smaller sized project our hourly fees are billed on a monthly basis using the time accrued by our team. This approach is preferred when the project scope is not defined or expected to change.
General pricing for full-service interior architectural design as follows:
Complete full-service hotels/resorts, new construction/renovation, from
$500,000 - $700,000.
New hotels starting at $250,000 - $500,000.
Guestroom renovations, from $45,000 - $100,000.
Cafes, Restaurants & Bars, from $20,000 - $75,000.
Office Spaces, from $20,000 - $700,000
Other projects such as gyms, retail stores, residences, spas, clubhouses, event spaces, and specific areas like ballroom, lounge, lobby etc.) fees will be determined based on full scope of work.
Our minimum level of engagement is $20,000.
The pricing provided is only a basic guideline and changes depending on your scope of work, such as amount of areas, and types of projects.
